KVasquez Law, PLLC sends text messages to people who opt in through a form on kvasquezlaw.com or by text. Messages relate to consultation requests, scheduling, appointment reminders, document requests and updates on a client's matter.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; you will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact (305) 359-7522 or legal@kvasquezlaw.com.
Recognized opt-out keywords are STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and QUIT. Recognized help keywords are HELP and INFO. Recognized opt-in keywords are START and YES.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of hiring the firm. You can retain the firm, and communicate with it entirely by telephone and email, without ever agreeing to receive text messages.
Text messages are not secure. Do not send confidential or privileged information by text. Send documents by email to legal@kvasquezlaw.com instead.
Opting out of texts does not opt you out of calls or email about your matter.
Sending or receiving a text message does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship begins only after a conflict-of-interest check and a signed engagement letter. A text message does not stop any deadline in your matter from running.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
