How we work toward an accessible site, and how to tell us when something does not work.
KVasquez Law, PLLC intends this website to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, speech input or other assistive technology. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our standard.
Accessibility is treated as part of maintaining the site rather than a one-time project. When we add or change a page, we check it against that standard.
The site is built with semantic headings and landmarks so assistive technology can navigate it by structure. Interactive controls are reachable and operable by keyboard, and show a visible focus state. Images that carry meaning have text alternatives, and decorative images are marked so they are skipped. Text and background colors are chosen to meet contrast requirements, and the layout reflows to a single column on small screens without horizontal scrolling. Forms use real labels tied to their fields, mark required fields, and describe errors in text rather than by color alone. The telephone number is a tappable link on every page.
Parts of this site rely on third-party services that we embed but do not control, including the consultation scheduler and the map. Their accessibility is governed by those providers. If a third-party feature prevents you from reaching the firm, use the telephone number or email address below and we will give you the same information or complete the same task with you directly.
If any part of this site is difficult to use, or if you need information from it in a different format, tell us and we will provide it. There is no form to fill out for this.
Telephone (305) 359-7522, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET. Email legal@kvasquezlaw.com. Please describe the page and what happened, and give us a way to reach you.
We aim to respond to accessibility requests within two business days, and to provide the information you need in an accessible format at no charge.
