A deliberately principal-led practice. Every matter staffed by the founding attorney from intake to final signature.
The wrong process produces the wrong outcome even with the right facts. Engagements follow a clear, principal-led sequence that respects both the client's time and the gravity of the work.
An initial conversation with Karina directly. We listen, identify the real legal question, and confirm whether we are the right firm for the matter. If we are not, we say so on the first call.
Clear written engagement, transparent fee structure, and a scope of work you can hold us to. No surprises, no scope creep, no junior associate handoffs. Most work is quoted flat fee.
Every document drafted, reviewed, and signed off personally by Karina. The attorney whose name is on the firm is the one doing the work not delegating it to a junior associate.
The firm is built around long-term engagements rather than single transactions. Many clients retain Karina as their family attorney, their business counsel, or both, across many years and multiple matters.
Inquiries are reviewed by Karina personally within one business day. Once engaged, clients have direct line access to the attorney handling their matter. No intake coordinator. No analyst layer. No week of waiting for an answer that should take an hour.
If a matter is not the right fit for the firm, we say so on the first call rather than letting the client discover it three weeks later from different counsel. We are not chasing volume. We are building a relationship we expect to last for decades.
The firm does not use template documents. Every will, every operating agreement, every trust is drafted around the specific client. Templates are how matters fail later and most legal disputes are fights over documents that were never properly drafted in the first place.
Most engagements are flat fee, quoted at the initial consultation. Hourly work is quoted with a defined scope and reviewed at intervals. The client knows what the work costs before the work begins. No surprises in the second month of the engagement.
Initial consultations are complimentary and held in strict confidence. Most matters can be clarified in a twenty-minute introductory call. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
